At Lifescore Foundation, we are committed to providing a wide range of programs and services that support the growth and development of underserved communities on the south side of Chicago. Our programs are designed to empower individuals to reach their full potential and to help build stronger, more resilient communities. Here are some examples of our programs:

Finacial

Financial Literacy

Our Financial Literacy program offers workshops and one-on-one counseling to help individuals improve their financial management skills and achieve their financial goals. Participants learn how to create a budget, manage debt, save for the future, and navigate the financial system.

 

We also offer support for individuals who are facing financial challenges and need help developing a plan to get back on track.

Eligibility Requirements

Our Financial Literacy program is open to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

How to Participate

To participate in our Financial Literacy program, please contact us to schedule a oneon-one session or attend one of our workshops.

Thanks to Lifescore Foundation's Financial Literacy program, I was able to get my finances in order and start saving for my future. The one-on-one counseling sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned a lot about how to manage my money. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to improve their financial situation.

Youth Empowerment

Our Youth Empowerment programs provide mentorship, leadership training, and college readiness support to at-risk youth in the community. We work with youth to develop their leadership skills, build self-confidence, and prepare for college and career opportunities.

 

Our programs include mentoring, tutoring, career exploration, and college preparation workshops.

Eligibility Requirements

Our Youth Empowerment programs are open to at-risk youth ages 12-18 who live in the communities we serve.

How to Participate

To participate in our Youth Empowerment programs, please contact us to schedule a meeting with one of our program coordinators.

Lifescore Foundation's Youth Empowerment program gave me the confidence and support I needed to pursue my dreams. The mentors and tutors helped me with my school work and encouraged me to apply to college. Thanks to this program, I am now a college graduate with a bright future ahead of me.

Workforce

We invite you to get involved in our programs and support our mission to empower individuals and families on the south side of Chicago to thrive. Workforce Development

Our Workforce Development program offers job readiness training, resume writing assistance, and job placement support to help individuals build their skills and find employment. Participants learn job search strategies, interview skills, and workplace etiquette.

 

We also provide support for individuals who are facing barriers to employment, such as criminal records or lack of work experience.

Eligibility Requirements

Our Workforce Development program is open to individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are seeking employment or looking to improve their job skills.

To participate in our Workforce Development program, please contact us to schedule a meeting with one of our job coaches.
